4. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for cashback, you must:

• Create a TikTok ad account using a tracking link generated through our service
• Spend money on TikTok ads through that account
• Be located in one of the eligible countries listed above
• Comply with our Terms of Service

There is no minimum ad spend requirement to earn cashback.

5. Cashback Calculation

Cashback is calculated as 10% of your total TikTok ad spend during the applicable period. For example, if you spend $1,000 on TikTok ads, you will earn $100 in cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on the data provided to us by TikTok through their affiliate program. We rely on TikTok's reporting to determine the amount of ad spend and corresponding cashback.

6. Payment Schedule

Cashback is paid on a Net 45 basis. This means that cashback earned in a given month will be paid approximately 45 days after the end of that month. For example:

• Cashback earned in February will be paid on or around April 15

This payment schedule is based on when we receive commission payments from TikTok. We strive to process cashback payments as quickly as possible after receiving our commission.

We will contact you regarding your preferred payment method when cashback is due. Available payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or other electronic payment methods.

8. Cashback Verification

We maintain records of all cashback earned and paid. You can view your current cashback status in your dashboard. If you believe there is a discrepancy in your cashback calculation, please contact us with details of the discrepancy.

9. Fraudulent Activity

We take fraudulent activity very seriously. Any attempt to manipulate the cashback system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or fake ad spend, will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending cashback.

We reserve the right to withhold cashback payments if we suspect fraudulent activity or if TikTok does not pay us the corresponding commission due to compliance issues or other reasons.

10. Changes to Cashback Policy

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the cashback program at any time. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by posting the new Cashback Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
